AusBand is used in the rehabilitation and strengthening of joints in the musculature system. AusBand can be used ROM exercises to provide resistance and a resultant increase in strength.

Excellent for shoulder rehab or to strengthen outer ranges of motion as the tension in the band increases the further into range you go.
